The Sarai New Media collective has just published their sixth annual book of new media theory and cultural theory. This issue is titled and about many permutations of Turbulence. The issue includes work by Andreas Brockmann, Geert Lovink, Jeremy Hight and Trebor Sholz among many other important voices from around the world.
